We’re pleased to announce the following improvements and features to Just Attend for Q1 2026
Platform
- Attendance Awards: You can now set up award categories and assign points to attendees based on what sessions they attend and for how long they remain in a session. You can then total these at the end of your event to upload to your accreditation platform.
- Automated Session Scanning: You can now use our check-in kiosks for unattended session attendance scanning. When enabled the kiosks will check-in and out attendees to the session going on in the theatre its configured for without requiring a human attendant. Perfect for event managers who need attendance figures but don’t have the staff to manage each session room.
- Gifted Tickets: You can automatically gift a ticket to the first {n} of attendees who register from a specific email domain. For example, the first 3 people to register from justattend.com get a free ticket, whilst anyone else pays full price. This excludes non-business email domains.
- Bulk Ticket Purchases: You can now enable bulk ticket purchases where the buyer can purchase any quantity of the same ticket in a single transaction. Once purchased, they can assign tickets to their team and manage their allocation from their My Account area. You can also set tiered discounts for purchasing {n} number of tickets in one transaction.
- Remote Print: Event managers can now send badge prints directly to a check-in kiosk from the event portal. The kiosk must be enabled to receive remote print jobs for this to work. This is useful for onsite registrations or badge re-prints as it removes the need for attendees to rescan their ticket.
Mobile
- PIN Authentication: Attendees can now sign into the mobile app using their own PIN number. This provides a faster way to login to the mobile app if the attendee hasn’t set or forgotten their password. This is generated when they register and can be included in the event ticket email they receive. They can also request it to be sent from the mobile login screen to their email address. Admins can also see the PIN number in the edit attendee view of the event admin portal.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed bug in mobile app that prevented lead notes to be added to a saved lead that previously did not have any notes associated.
