Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my event qualifies for community pricing?

We define a community event as an event being organized by people who volunteer their time and effort into their event whilst working full time in a different job.

The event will also be registered as a non-profit such as a Community Interest Company (CIC), Charity, 501 status, or in certain circumstances LLC or Limited Companies that operate with a not-for-profit ethos.

Your operating entity will also not exceed $150,000 in sponsorship and $25,000 in attendee ticket revenue per year. 

If your event and operating business fit within these parameters, then you qualify for community pricing.

Evidence of your last year’s revenue must be provided.

If this is your first event, we will require your sponsor price list and floor plan to assess your event potential revenue.

Are there any other conditions that apply when offered community pricing?

The only conditions we ask for are voluntary in that you consider helping us to grow our brand and recognition by:

  • Promote recognition of our brand within your digital and in-person marketing

  • You hand out our branded lanyards at your event

  • You will provide a review / feedback of our platform online

  • You agree if asked to participate in a customer case study
Can I hire you for my event badge printing instead of doing it myself?

If your event is in the UK, then yes absolutely. Unfortunately we cannot offer this free, but we can provide a discount of 15% off our onsite event badge printing costs.  

If your event is in the UK you can hire our check-in kiosks for a fixed price of £950 per day. This gives you 4 kiosks, 2 color printers, delivery, setup, and collection with 5G internet backup and all badge labels included.

How much does your premium executive services cost?

Pricing for our premium event services are al a carte.

Sponsor Sales & Management

  • We will prepare your event sponsor pack including design and artwork.
  • We will approach potential sponsors that your event would appeal to and pitch your event to them.
  • We will pursue each sponsor until they sign up to your event.
  • We will handle all procurement, invoicing, and collect payment on your behalf (or you can do this bit)
  • We will act as your sponsor management interface and be their point of contact for their participation in your event.
  • You get to concentrate on making your event awesome knowing that we’re doing some of the hard work for you.
  • Our fee for this service is 8% of the value of each sponsor deal which is added on to your sponsor tier pricing.

 

Social Media & Marketing

  • We can create and schedule all your event social media activities
  • We can help you create digital artwork for promotions
  • We can run advert campaigns targeted towards your perfect attendee
  • We can seek out and arrange your participation in podcasts and other media outlets to help boost your event profile

Graphic design and website creation

  • We can create all your digital assets for fixed price bundles starting from $150.
  • 5 free digital advert designs included for every event.
  • We can setup, create, and host your event website with integration to Just Attend for free. If you continue to use the site after your event has finished it will incur an annual hosting fee of $130 per year.

There is no catch. We were founded through our owners organizing their own community event. We know how hard it is to organize these events in your spare time and with little experience.
