The mobile app is free to download for everyone and included in your platform subscription.
Only ticket holders will be able to login to the app.
When an attendee logs into the Just Attend app and chooses your event, your brand logo and color scheme is adopted.
After this, the app looks completely branded to them.
The app is available to download on Apple App Store and Google Play. Simply search for “Just Attend”.
We regularly release app updates. When these are released they are updated through the app stores.
We try not to release updates to the mobile app within 48 hours of an event happening on the platform, but this cannot always be guaranteed.
Technically the answer is yes. Please talk to us if you require this as it isn’t normal practice for us to offer this.
However, as the app will assume your brand and logo once an attendee is logged in, we don’t think this is really needed.
No. This is a conscious decision not to include this feature.
We have attended many events who use mobile apps that allow people to blind connect, send direct messages, and post into group forums. Every time we end up deleting the app because the notifications and volume of unread requests simply overwhelm us.
Feedback from attendees at our events tell us that these activities reduce their desire to download the app and as a result have a substandard event experience.
We chose not to include this in our app to keep it focused and a usable tool for everyone to get the best out of your event.
