Yes, there is a minimum hire period usually of 3 days. This is to cover the day before setup and time spent in shipping. Depending when you event begins and ends there may be additional fees due to non-standard shipping services (weekends)
We require as much notice as you can give us. This helps us plan and reserve stock for your event. Typically 10 working days notice is the minimum, but we can in some cases supply with less notice subject to your venue location and available stock.
Our standard hire rates are supply only. You will be responsible for unboxing, setting up, and configuring the kiosk hardware with our remote support. We can provide an onsite technician to do all this for you, but this will be an additional charge based on your location, the setup days required and any overnight accommodation needed.
Yes, all our full color inkjet kiosk packages include one set of ink and one box of standard non-adhesive labels. Additional labels and ink will be charged at the market price at the time of order.
Our thermal kiosk hire includes one pack of 250 labels branded to your event logo and design. Additional labels will be charged at the market rate at the time of order.
Shipping fees are included in the cost of the hire for standard express service. Weekend deliveries will cost more, please contact us for more information.
Yes we can supply local staff in the USA and Europe to minimize the cost of resources. Typically we supply staff for full or half days.
