Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free samples. As a retailer, we buy all magazines from their publishers at the regular trade price. However, you could contact the magazine’s publisher directly to ask if they can send you a free copy.
You can create a new account at the end of the order process or on the following page. You can view all of your orders and subscriptions in your customer account. You can also change your addresses and your password.
No, you don’t have to create an account. But there are a few advantages if you create an account.

No, we don’t have a physical store location at the moment. We accept only orders through our online shop and we’re shipping all orders with the Swiss Post Service. Please visit our shipping section for more details.

Your event badges are packed into sealed bags by their ticket name and in alphabetical order. They are clearly labelled making it easy for you to unpack and arrange for collection and distribution at your event.
We can print badges the same day as you place your order.
For UK based events we can print badges as close as 48 hours before your event and they'll be shipped the same day on next day tracked delivery straight to your venue. We can also offer UK events a special overnight service where your event badges are printed at 5pm the afternoon before your event and couriered overnight for a pre-7am delivery to your event venue.
For International events we require 2-4 days shipping time to account for customs clearances.
If your badges haven't been collected, we may be able to add them to your order. If your badges have been collected you can opt to have a second print run subject to time availability in shipping.
We do ship each order with a small number of blank badges so you can use a sharpie or other marker onsite to hand write your badges for missed prints.
Alternatively we offer onsite badge printing services where we do all this onsite for you, so there is never a missed badge!
Yes, we can supply you with lanyards as well as the badges. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
We work with you and plan your print date so that the risk of your badges not making it to your venue in time is minimal. To avoid unfortunate events, we recommend not leaving it to last minute. All items are shipped by tracked courier (UPS) and we monitor the delivery.
For UK events on the premium overnight service, we private courier your badges to your venue so they're guaranteed to arrive.
Yes, we can design your badges for you for a flat-fee of $250
We can, but we don't recommend it for pre-printed badges only as attendees often forget to pack their badge when setting off to your event. We typically only offer this service with our onsite badge printing solution so these can be printed again at your event to avoid any complications.
