How many exhibitors can I add?

You can add as many exhibitors as you need. We don’t charge per exhibitor, we charge per registration.

Do exhibitor staff members count towards my registration limit?

Any staff member of an exhibitor who is registered to attend your event counts towards your registration limit.

Exhibitor page admins who are not attending your event, do not count towards your limit.

What's the difference between an exhibitor administrator and a staff member?

Exhibitor page admins do not have a ticket to your event. They have access to manage their company’s exhibitor landing page only.

An exhibitor staff member has a ticket to your event and will attend in-person. When they are added to the exhibitor, their access is updated to grant them mobile app privileges that will unlock the lead generation tools in the app such as badge scanning.

Can exhibitors pay for additional staff member tickets?

Yes, you can set the limit on the number of staff tickets allocated to an exhibitor by their level. 

When that limit has been reached, the exhibitor administrator may purchase additional staff member tickets as defined by you.

Can exhibitors share all leads their team generated at my event?

Yes, the exhibitor admin has the capability to download all leads from all scanners at your event. They can then distribute them within their team.

Individual staff can download their own generated leads directly from the mobile app.

Can exhibitors define pre-qualification questions for each scan?

Yes, the exhibitor admin can create custom question fields they want their scanners to complete when scanning a lead at your event.

When the staff member scans an attendee, the mobile app prompts them to complete the questionnaire set by their team leader which they can fill out.
