We typically price our managed service offering as a percentage of your total event budget. As a guide, the typical charge is between 15% and 25% of your budget, but this can vary depending on your needs and selected services.

Our marketing plans don’t include any advertising budget. Any advertising spend will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
In order to provide an effective and valuable service to you, each plan is subject to a minimum term of 3-months.
Just Attend Pricing FAQs
A registration is any person who has a ticket for your event to attend. This includes attendees, speakers, exhibitor booth staff, and your event support staff.
Admins of the Just Attend system and exhibitor managers are not classed as a registration.
Registrations are 1 time transactions. This means that once a person has a ticket for your event a registration credit has been used. This is non-refundable, even if you have to cancel or refund the ticket to the person who has registered. Any unused registration credits cannot be transferred to another event or pro-rated refunded as credit or monetary refund.
If you are a registered charity or community interest company, then you will benefit from a 15% discount on all our products and services.
If you are organizing a free to attend event and you have 2 or less sponsors, then you may qualify for a free 500 person in-person or 1,000 person virtual license for your first event. Please contact sales@justattend.com
We don’t have any. All our pricing is on this page. The price you see here is the price you pay. The only limit placed on our platform is the number of registrations you can accept. There are no other limits.
All of our service based offerings are fully quoted upfront based on our requirements discussion. This will include all costs including any expenses.
Our platform plans are very competitively priced and offer excellent value for money. If a particular plan does not suit you, then please contact sales to discuss your requirements and we can work something out.
Our event services can be tailored to your exact needs, so discussing these with us will provide the most accurate pricing based on your budget and requirements.
We integrate with Stripe. We find that Stripe offers the best transaction fees for our customers allowing them to earn more revenue per ticket than any other payment gateway.
All plans including free ones benefit from remote support from sign-up to event day and beyond.
Paid plans benefit from a dedicated event specialist that will assist you every step of the way.
We do offer an optional onsite support service for in-person events where we setup a tech support desk for any attendee or exhibitor queries relating to the use or access of Just Attend and its app. For events over 500 people, we highly recommend this option. There will be a cost for this on top of your license fee.
