Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes this is possible. However, it currently takes a little bit of setting up. Please contact us to discuss. 

We are working on improving this. For now, the easiest way for you to implement this is to create an account with a URL shortening service like Rebrandly or Bitly and map your domain to that service. Then you can create a redirect to your Just Attend website unique URL.

How much does Just Attend cost?

All our pricing is available on our pricing page.

Every event starts on our free plan which gives you 50 registrations without any obligation or credit card.

This is a fully featured event platform with no trial period. If your event remains 50 people or less, you never pay us a cent.

Do you withhold my ticket revenue until after my event?

No. If you are selling tickets, you integrate your own Stripe account with Just Attend. When a person registers, it is your Stripe payment gateway that completes the transaction and you get paid immediately.

We do not charge a transaction fee. Our pricing is based on a flat fee for an amount of registrations.

Can I import data from other event platforms?

We don’t have any off the shelf import features currently. However, we may be able to import your data into our systems with some custom work. Please contact us to discuss your import needs.

Do you have widgets I can use to integrate on my event website?

Just Attend is created so that your attendees experience centers around the portal. 

At the moment we do not have any widgets that can be embedded on other websites. We do have plans to make a WordPress plugin that will allow direct integration between Just Attend and your WordPress website. However, this is not expected until 2025.
