How much is your platform?

Our platform is priced on a per registration, per event basis. Details can be found on our pricing page.

For corporate customers who want to use our platform for their internal events, we offer annual plans which are all-inclusive based on the anticipated overall usage. These plans can often save corporate event managers over 30% when compared to pay as you go.

Are there any hidden fees for add-ons?

Our corporate event management platform isn’t feature restricted. Whether you use features or not, you have access to them. Therefore it is one price for all based on the overall usage. No hidden add-on charges that you only find out after signing up.

Ancillary services such as onsite badge printing, staff augmentation, and marketing services are priced separately based on your personal needs.

Do I need an event website?

No, Just Attend gives you an event website out of the box to showcase your event and invite registrations.

However, if you would like a more customized front end website we do have plugins available for WordPress.

We can even create these sites for you too.

Can I restrict the people who can register for my corporate event?

Yes, you can set your event to private which means it won’t be shown in our event directory. Only people with your direct event link will be able to access it.

You can also limit the email address domains that can be used to register for your event so you can be sure only employees are able to register.

Where is my corporate event data stored?

Our corporate event platform is hosted in the United Kingdom on private servers. It isn’t shared with any other 3rd party. 

Can I have my own private instance of Just Attend?

For highly secure corporate customers we do offer the ability to have private hosted instances of Just Attend. 

When selected, we will install Just Attend on a dedicated server in an approved datacenter location. This instance will only be used by you and will be on your own domain.

There will be a one time setup fee for this service, plus additional monthly service charges on top of any licensing fees due.

We will continue to patch and support this instance within our deployment lifecycle.
