Our reporting is very granular and comprehensive. We don’t yet have a custom report builder. However, if you need a custom report, you can either contact us or export your data to produce your own report in your reporting software like Power BI or Retool.
Yes, all your data can be exported to CSV for you to model how you need.
Events are never deleted from the system so you will have access to your reports for as long as you need them.
No, public sharing of reports is not permitted. You can export the data you need to create your own report dashboards you need to share with others.
We don’t sell or share your event data with anyone.
We use your report data anonymously to showcase our impact on the events industry and for marketing purposes. The data source i.e. your event will remain protected. Only aggregate volume data across all our customers is used. For example: 23,000 registrations on our platform, or $2.0m generated ticket revenue.
No, we do not add your attendees to our mailing lists and we do not send them unsolicited emails.
Just Attend is organically grown, so there may be banners located in private account areas such as their profile page that invites them to create their own event on our platform, but this is the only signposting we provide to your attendees.
