How do you collect feedback?

Your attendees can add seminars to their personal agenda, or can be scanned into seminars at the door.

When a seminar appears on their agenda using either of the above mechanisms, after the session has ended, they’re prompted in the mobile app to leave feedback for that session.

They can do this easily on the move and the experience is designed to make it look like feedback is mandatory, however, they can dismiss this request.

Using the mobile app, your attendee will see a list of feedbacks to do so they can skip and submit later.

On the Just Attend website, the experience is similar. If they’re logged in, they are able to leave feedback on sessions they have attended / watched.

Can I customize feedback questions?

You are able to customize the feedback questions relating to your event using the conference admin portal.

These will be reflected on the Just Attend event site and the mobile app when your event ends.

Customizing questions for seminars is not yet possible.

How do I encourage attendees to leave feedback?

An attendee who uses the mobile event app will be automatically prompted to leave feedback based on the sessions they have attended.

However, you can encourage feedback by informing your speakers to ask for feedback.

Speakers can also use the seminar QR code available on each seminar page as part of their presentation for attendees to scan with their phones.

Can Speakers see their feedback?

Yes. Speakers are able to see the feedback attendees have left for their session.

These are anonymized for data privacy reasons.

What reports can I generate?

You’re able to view reports on overall feedback averages, NPS scores, and word clouds that highlight common themes submitted within all feedback submissions.

You are able to drill into each individual session, and into each individual feedback submitted for deeper analysis.

Feedback is not anonymized for conference admins.
