Our 1st objective is to convert that prospective attendee into a registered one, quickly and easily.
We do this by only requiring their name and email address on the initial registration form. Prospects believe this is an easy transaction, complete the 2 fields and then save.
Then, we capture their payment, committing them to your event.
Once payment has succeeded, they are then prompted to complete your real registration form which can be any length you need.
As they have committed to your event, they are now compelled to complete their registration as they don’t receive their ticket until this is complete.
If they don’t complete the registration step there and then, the next time they login to your event they are forced to complete their registration.
Their ticket is only released when your registration fields are completed.
Using this method, we have seen payment intent to success rate increase to over 97% verses 58% using the traditional way.

We don’t charge any transaction fees like other providers and we don’t withhold your ticket revenue until after your event.
You’re in control and in receivership of your ticket revenue.
The only additional fees you need to factor in are the transaction fees charged by Stripe.
Using Stripe you can enable receipt by email. We pass the attendee’s email address to Stripe as part of the payment intent. They use this to send a receipt on payment success. This can be branded in your Stripe dashboard.
Just Attend also has an invoicing systen where the attendee can download their invoice and change the invoiced address as they need to. They can then save or print this for their expense claim.
Complete registrations, tickets are emailed to the registered email address used in the transaction.
They can also login to your portal and view, or resend their ticket.
If they have the Just Attend mobile app, they can also view their ticket in there at any time.
You can also view and resend their ticket via the admin portal.
As part of your event creation you must supply a URL to your privacy policy.
This privacy policy must contain all your data collection, consent, and management information.
When supplied, attendees must accept the terms of your privacy policy as part of their registration.
