Do I need premium support services?

Our software and platform is very reliable and issues during events whereby the platform is at fault are extremely rare. In fact to date, we have never suffered from a platform malfunction during an event.

The most common problems attendees and exhibitors have at your event are problems logging in or the information they have printed on their badge is incorrect.

This is due to them not using the correct login credentials or haven’t completed their profile correctly themselves.

You can manage these issues yourself if you have the resources to do so. 

Alternatively you can choose to purchase our premium event services where we take care of all this for you and act as your first line onsite support service point for any of these enquiries. Leaving you to concentrate on running your event.

What is included in premium support?

Premium support includes one technical person onsite during your event (this includes set up day) per 500 attendees.

They will be 100% dedicated to your event and will assist with any queries or problems related to Just Attend.

They will arrive with their laptop, phone and Just Attend uniform as well as a tablecloth and banner to advertise the support center.

You will also be backed up with remote support during your event. Our developers and service operations department will be on hand for emergency support and will be monitoring the platform throughout your event ensuring that there is no impact.

How much is premium support?

Our standard rate is $900 per technician per day. This includes travel, accommodation, and sustenance whilst at your event for events in the UK and European Union.

For premium services in US and Canada the rate is $1,750 per technician, per day which also includes international travel and expenses.

For other countries, please contact us for a personalised quotation. 

What hours are covered by premium support?

We will support your event for its duration. This means that if it starts at 7am and finishes at 10pm, we will be there throughout.

We are UK based, but we will ensure that support is available and online in your own local timezone, no matter what.

Is premium support mandatory?

For events less than 2,000 attendees premium support is optional.

For events larger than 2,000 attendees we strongly believe that in order for your event to be successful, premium support should be purchased as a mandatory option.

If you believe you don’t need it, then you have the right to decline this when purchasing and signing a disclaimer.
