If you don’t use the automation, sessions that you approve will go into the ‘unscheduled sessions’ list.

When you’re finished with the editing, you press save and it is only a this time does your public schedule update.
Yes, if you move a session anyone who has an active reservation for that session will receive an updated calendar invite containing the new date, time, room information.
You can remove a session from your schedule at anytime.
By default, sessions that are removed from the schedule are returned to the ‘unscheduled session’ list. This is hidden from public view, but gives you the opportunity to add it back in if you need to.
If you’re adamant that the session should be completely deleted, you can hard delete it from your unscheduled session list.
This action does not cancel the speaker’s ticket to your event. You will have to perform this action separately if you so desire.
