Is there a limit to the number of contacts I can have on one guest list?

No, there is no limit on the number of contacts you can add to a guest list.

How many guests lists can I create?

You can create as many guest lists as you need. There is no limit

Can a guest be a member of more than one list?

Yes, guests can be contacts in multiple lists. They are able to unsubscribe from a specific list or all of them. 

How do you handle unsubscribes?

Each email is sent with an unsubscribe link. This cannot be removed or edited by you.

GDPR rules mandate a guest must be able to unsubscribe from email marketing. Therefore, this ensures that we are compliant with these laws.

Once a guest unsubscribes from a list, you’re unable to resubscribe them. They must choose to resubscribe by submitting a form or clicking the re-subscribe button on their customized preferences page.

How many emails can I send?

You are permitted to send 1500 emails per month included in your subscription plan. For higher volumes you may buy sending bundles of 1000 emails for $10.
