What do you send to my attendees?

Included in our standard service we send them their event badge along with an accompanying event information letter. The design and contents of this letter is controlled by you. We print the letter alongside the badge.

The letter they receive will appear to have come from your brand, not Just Attend.

If you want to send us marketing inserts, like flyers from exhibitors, you can do. However, they must fit into a C5 envelope unfolded.

The maximum weight of the letter cannot exceed 100g or additional postage fees will be incurred by you.

Do I need to check-in attendees who arrive with their badge?

We recommend that you scan the QR code of each attendee who arrives to ensure their badge is valid for your event. 

You can do this using the Just Attend mobile app. Scanning the QR code on the badge will physically check-in the attendee and record their attendance. This is useful in case of emergency but also as event attendance data.

You should set up an express line for attendees with a badge that is separate to your normal event check-in. This will allow them to gain access to your event quicker and alleviate queues at your registration desks.

What is the cut off date for the last post?

For UK attendees the last day we are able to print their badge will be 3 business days prior to your event. For example, if your event is on a Thursday, the last day for printing will be on 12pm GMT Monday of the same week.  

For international addresses the last day for posting will be 10 business days prior to your event.

What happens if I am still selling tickets after the cut off dates?

Events do not always sell out weeks in advance. Should you still be selling tickets after the cut off date for your direct to attendee printing service, then we offer a few solutions:

  1. You can take advantage of our bulk badge printing service. With this service we offer next business day delivery within the UK and express 48 hour delivery to most international destinations.

  2. We can offer onsite badge printing services so we can check-in and print badges at your event.

  3. We can offer a way for you to use our software with your own equipment so that you can run your own onsite badge printing solution.

  4. Within the UK we also offer on event day delivery service of all badges to your venue. When choosing this service we print your badges at 5pm the day before your event and express courier them to your venue so that they arrive pre-8am. 
What happens if an attendee forgets to bring their badge?

This can and does happen. When attendees are packing and planning their journey to your event, they can forget their badge. 

If this happens, you have a few options:

  1. We recommend that you choose us for onsite badge printing so that we can reprint their badge at your venue. This is the least disruptive for you and the attendee.

  2. If onsite badge printing is out of your budget, then you can order bulk badge printing where we send you duplicate badges for everyone to your event so that you have a reprint available for them.

  3. You can find an alternative solution that works for you.
How much does event day badge delivery cost?

Our event day delivery service for bulk badges is only available for UK events at the current time.

When ordered, we will print all your attendee badges at 5pm GMT/BST the day before your event. We will sort them by ticket type and by attendee name and then privately courier them to your venue so they arrive before 8am on the day of your event.

The fixed fee for this delivery service is £500.00 GBP

Can you supply and send lanyards?

Typically, lanyards are supplied by you at your event and attendees can collect them when they arrive. 

However, if you want to send your attendees lanyards with their badge, we can do this for you. This will incur additional costs in production and postage, so please contact us for a customized quotation.
