Your event will be built on Just Attend alongside your existing solution. This means you can continue to use your existing platform without disruption.
When you’re ready to make the switch we will import the final data set to ensure no-one is left behind and then you can make the switch.
No. We will import all existing ticket purchases and attendee registration information including their existing ticket number.
This means they can still use the ticket issued on your previous platform to check-in and have their badges printed.
We will create all the user accounts for attendees, exhibitors, speakers to match their accounts on your current system.
Unfortunately passwords cannot be migrated for security reasons.
However, our platform has a Magic Login feature. When they enter their email address into our system, they will receive a one time login link to their email address.
They can click this link on any device to be automatically logged in without entering a password.
They’re able to then set a password once logged in if they want. Alternatively then can use the reset password functionality.
You’ll get full access to our platform without charge. Your first event will be free no matter how large your event is.
We will perform all the data migration from your current systems to create your event up to the standard you have.
You’ll have a dedicated Event Manager on hand to assist with any training and assistance you need in learning how to run your event on Just Attend.
