Integrating With An External Check-In System

If you do want to work with an external system for event check-in and badge printing, then of course, you’re able to do so.

We don’t have any integrations with other check-in systems that will automatically send ticket data to that platform. Instead you must export your attendee list from the conference admin portal to CSV and import into your chosen system.

If you would like integration with your system, please get in touch and we can discuss your needs.

To export your attendees, go to Attendees > Active Attendees and click the Export All Users button

This will export all your attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff members to CSV.

Pass this CSV on to your check-in and badge printing provider.

Lead or Session Attendance Scanning

If you intend on using the Just Attend mobile app with your exhibitors to scan leads or with your staff to scan entry into sessions, then it is very important that your badge printing company prints a QR code on the badge encoded with the ticket number of the attendee.

The QR code must be 2D. Barcodes aren’t supported and won’t be recognized by the mobile app.

The QR Code must be encoded with just the ticket number of the attendee with nothing prefixed or appended. e.g. 12345678
