Events are all about the attendee leaving with a positive experience. But how do you really know what they felt about the event or a session they attended? Was it on topic? Was it engaging etc.
With the Just Attend portal we have built some powerful tools to help you gather that information, so the next time you plan an event you know what worked (and just as importantly what didn’t !).
Under Reporting you will have access to useful feedback data such as Event Feedback, Session Feedback and Session Attendance.
Using the Just Attend Mobile App which is included in our platform, event administrators can scan attendees into a session at the door. Alternatively, attendees can check themselves into the session using the app (each attendee receives an invitation to the app when purchasing a ticket).
This is beneficial in two ways
Firstly, as an event organizer you get to see how well attended each session was (under Session Attendance). This is broken down into most popular overall versus Day 1, Day 2 and so on.
Simply Log in as the events administrator and click on Reporting, Session Attendance.

Secondly, you get to see how well a specific session was received (under Session Feedback). If the attendee has been scanned into the session, once it finishes they are asked to complete a quick feedback rating and give their comments via the mobile app.

Results will show under Reporting, Session Feedback where you can drill down into the actual event for more results.

As well as Session Feeback, attendees are also asked to give a rating against the whole event experience which again can be found under Reporting. Event Feedback.

As Just Attend does not delete any of your historical event data, you are able to go back and view this whenever you wish. Great for when you are beginning to plan your next event and want to look back on what was successful for you!
